Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services (“Services”) provided by FRANKS PET AND HOME INC, DBA Frank's Scooping and Turf Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our Services, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following:

1. Contact Information & Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to our use of such information to:

Send notifications regarding scheduled services, updates, or changes.

Provide follow-up communications regarding service quality.

Notify you of promotions, special offers, or new services.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but essential service-related communications will still be sent.

2. Payment & Credit Card Authorization

You authorize us to securely store your payment information, including credit card details, for current and future transactions.

By providing your credit card information, you expressly authorize us to automatically charge your card for recurring services, one-time services, or additional services requested.

All payments are due as outlined at the time of booking or agreement. Failure to provide valid payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

3. Scheduling & Service Availability

We strive to provide Services on the scheduled date and time; however, no guarantee is made that Services will be performed on the exact date requested.

In the event we are unable to complete a scheduled Service, we may either reschedule at a mutually agreed time or issue a refund for the missed Service.

4. Liability & Property Damage

You acknowledge and agree that FRANKS PET AND HOME INC, DBA Frank's Scooping and Turf Cleaning shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage to your property or belongings arising from the performance of our Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By using our Services, you voluntarily release, indemnify, and hold harmless FRANKS PET AND HOME INC, DBA Frank's Scooping and Turf Cleaning, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims related to property damage or loss.

5. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or deep-set debris. Some surfaces may retain discoloration or damage despite our cleaning efforts.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration of turf, concrete, decks, siding, or other surfaces.

6. Pet & Safety Policy

Clients are responsible for keeping pets secured during service. We will not enter areas with aggressive or loose animals.

We are not liable for pets escaping during service if enclosures, gates, or latches are not secured by the Client.

7. Access to Property

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property (including unlocked gates, removal of obstacles, and clear access to water/electricity if required for power washing).

If access is denied or unsafe, we may reschedule, and a service fee may still apply.

8. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions.

Turf cleaning and power washing effectiveness may be limited by weather conditions.

9. Waste Disposal

All pet waste collected will be bagged and disposed of in compliance with local regulations. If disposal on-site is preferred, the Client must provide appropriate waste bins.

10. Health & Sanitation Disclaimer

While we use cleaning methods to sanitize and deodorize, we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of bacteria, viruses, or allergens.

11. Dispute Resolution for Payments

If you believe there has been an error or issue with a charge, you must notify us immediately to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer without first giving us the chance to investigate and correct the issue.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate Services at any time for failure to comply with these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of our Services.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
